Authenticity, forever. Every card is genuine. If one is ever shown not to be, you get a full refund whenever you find out — no time limit.

Film the opening. For anything missing from a packet or damaged in transit, we need an unbroken unboxing video. It protects both of us.

48 hours. Message us with photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.

Normal mail travels at your risk. It's cheaper but it isn't tracked, so we can't cover it if it goes astray. Tracked postage is covered.

Changed your mind? Free to cancel before you pay. Excessive or fradulent refunds will result in warnings or a ban.

Assume cards are binder condition. We can send as many photos as you need on request, but we can't refund a grade you didn't like.
